Our hampers are subject to availability. We strive to ensure all images and descriptions are accurate, but slight variations in packaging or contents may occur due to supply chain changes. If a specific item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards securely.

5. Delivery and Returns

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

As our products are perishable food items, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations typically does not apply once the seal is broken or if the goods are liable to deteriorate rapidly. However, if your hamper arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChocolateHamper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
